Do I have to pay a deposit or a membership fee?
At GetGo, enjoying the Freedom to Drive is a convenient affair — no deposit or membership fees are needed to sign up for an account!
How much does it cost to book a vehicle per hour?
Your total booking charge consists of the time charge, mileage charge, platform fee and an option for additional insurance coverage for extra protection — so it varies from booking to booking.

Do I have to pay parking charges at the carpark where I pick up my car at?
There will be no charges for the carpark where you pick up your car.
However, you will be responsible for any other carpark charges.
How do I make payment on the app?
All payments will be charged to the debit/credit card you added to your GetGo account. You may also use PayLah!
How do I get reimbursed for refuelling?
All GetGo cars are equipped with Esso fuel cards, so there's no need for you to cover fuel costs. However, in the rare event that you can’t use it and have to pay upfront, please complete our reimbursement form. You may refer to the instructions here.
